Chris is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with 20 years’ experience. After almost a decade of service, Chris recently left an Executive role with a leading support provider. Chris’ accounting acumen and experience in implementing NDIS processes provides him with the necessary skills to provide quality Plan Management services.
Onboard Supports was created to help clients navigate the NDIS system. We saw that many people were having some difficulties in managing their plan, so we aim to help them understand how they can best use their funding package.
Karen has worked in a variety of roles in the disability sector including as a Support Coordinator, Supported Independent Living Coordinator and a Support Worker. Karen also has a background in corporate finance and she holds a Diploma in Financial Services. Karen is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Behavioural Studies and is passionate about clear communication with others’. Onboard’s personalised service model is what attracted Karen to the role of Plan Manager and she enjoys helping participants navigate the NDIS and explaining how each bucket of funding works and how best a participant can use their funding.
